At Between The Palms, we want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible! Below you'll find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery and returns/refunds.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA:
Free Shipping: Free standard shipping on orders over $200 AUD.
Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $20.00 AUD. (5-7 business days)
Express Shipping: Flat rate of $15.00 AUD. (3-5 business days)
Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers or customs.
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at betweenthepalmshome@gmail.com so we can assist you.
WE OFFER FREE LOCAL PICKUP - Kinka Beach, QLD. Just click 'pick up' at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready with our address and to organise a pickup time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
At this stage we do not offer International shipping. If you live outside of Australia and want to get your hands on some Between The Palms products please contact us.
We would love to offer international shipping and if we have enough interest we will look into this ASAP.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES:
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. (Monday-Friday excluding public holidays)
During peak periods such as Christmas or sale periods, please allow a little extra time for order processing.
You will receive a confirmation email, with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
YOUR ITEMS ARRIVED FAULTY OR DAMAGED?
We always pack our orders with great care but unfortunately sometimes things happen that are out of our control during transit.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email betweenthepalmshome@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your package with a description of the issue and photos of the damage/faulty item.
Once inspected (and deemed appropriate) we'll replace your item or issue a refund or store credit.
EXCEPTIONS / NON RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on change of mind, sale items, limited edition items or gift cards.
